Llama Llama Red Pajama by Anna Dewdney (2005)

A favorite of mine with the preschoolers, Llama Llama Red Pajama by Anna Dewdney will get the kiddos as well as the parents in a great storytime mood. With great vocabulary words, such as fret and pout, mixed into a suspenseful rhyming story the children will find it easy to follow and will be anticipating what happens (narrative skills ) next to the little llama in red pajamas.
