Book Recommendation Guidelines

Each book recommendation should include:

• Title
• Author
• Publication Year
• Description:  this can be informal, short or long
• Early Literacy Skills:  these can be within your description  (can include more than one)
• Your Name:  so people can contact you if they want to know more
• Age Level:  Babies, Toddlers, or Preschool  (can include more than one)

Once your book recommendation is completed:

• Create a link to that recommendation from each Early Literacy Skills page that applies (i.e. Vocabulary or Print Awareness)
• That link should go in alphabetical order among the existing list of books for that Early Literacy Skill
• Also copy that link onto the Alphabetical List page
